Acceptance and scope
By using FindMySite, you agree to these terms. FindMySite is an independent informational tool for professional research planning. It retrieves selected public ClinicalTrials.gov fields and applies the transformations described in the methodology.
Not medical or site-selection advice
FindMySite does not provide medical, clinical, regulatory, legal, privacy, procurement, or investment advice. It does not recommend a study to a patient and does not certify or endorse any sponsor, investigator, institution, facility candidate, or study. A ranking reflects public study-location history under a defined method, not current quality, capacity, safety, enrollment performance, or fitness for a protocol.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming source records and conducting independent operational, scientific, medical, regulatory, privacy, legal, and commercial due diligence before relying on a result. Do not use FindMySite as the sole basis for patient care, trial participation, investigator selection, contracting, or site activation.
Acceptable use
You may use FindMySite only lawfully and must not:
- use contact email addresses obtained from ClinicalTrials.gov for marketing or promotional communications;
- misrepresent FindMySite's derived candidates, groupings, counts, or ranks as official ClinicalTrials.gov classifications;
- interfere with service security or availability, bypass technical limits, or impose unreasonable automated traffic on FindMySite or its upstream providers; or
- use the service or its output in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or the ClinicalTrials.gov terms and conditions.
Source data and attribution
ClinicalTrials.gov source records remain subject to the official terms and conditions ↗. FindMySite claims no proprietary right in that U.S. government database. FindMySite's interface, code, facility-candidate logic, and presentation are separate transformations. Do not imply that NIH, NLM, or ClinicalTrials.gov endorses FindMySite or its output.
Availability and warranties
The service and its output are provided “as is” and “as available.” Source records may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, changed, or removed, and upstream services can be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the FindMySite operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or reliance damages arising from the service, source data, or decisions made using them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External services and changes
External links, maps, fonts, and source APIs are governed by their own terms and policies. FindMySite may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
